0.  Each time you're adding 0.75, so adding -0.75+0.75=0!

d=-2.25-(-3)
d=-2.25+3
d=0.75
So next term is 5th term so it is a+4d
=-3+4(0.75)
=-3+3
=0
So next term is 0
