Change $3 \frac{1}{3}$ into $\frac{10}{3}$ by multiply the base to the denominator ( 3×3= 9), add that number to the numerator (9+1= 10), and keep the denominator.
So with $\frac{10}{3}$, the way to do it is KEEP CHANGE FLIP or KEEP CHANGE RECIPROCAL.
Keep the first fraction
Change division sign to multiplication sign
Flip the second fraction, which changes to $\frac{6}{5}$
The equation after that step now is $\frac{10}{3}* \frac{6}{5}$
Multiply across from the numerator to the other numerator and multiply to denominator to the denominator and you will get $\frac{60}{15}$, which simplify to 4 and 4 is your answer
