A political party should understand every regulations in the state and its own efficiency in it. By understanding regulations in the state and its iwn efficiency, the political parties could utilize the rule making, monitoring, and enforcement techniques.

A political party is an organized group of people sharing views, who work together to contest elections and hold power in the government.
