Explanation: Certain internal psychological conflict is a characteristics of each stage of personality development. This theory claims interactions among the components of the mind- id, ego, and super ego shapes human behaviour. ID explains who we are and we would have two instincts which would either be Eros or Thanatos. Ego emphasizes that no one like to let go and super ego-morals and values. Personality development starts at childhood and is properly shaped through a series of five psychosexual stages. Freud calls this psychosexual theory of development. During every stage, a child is presented with a conflict between biological drives and social expectations. Mastery of each developmental stage is by navigating through internal conflict, and ultimately become a mature personality. The child is presented with different conflicts in between these stages. Biological drives and their social and moral conscience are example of internal conflict because their biological pleasure-seeking urges focus on different areas of the body. The future ability to cope and function as an adult is dependent on the child's ability to resolve internal conflict.

svetoff [14.1K]

Companies like Walmart that assert a "more for less" strategy are using value-based pricing.

  • Value pricing is which means that businesses set their prices in accordance with what consumers think a product is worth.
  • Value-based pricing differs from "cost-plus" pricing, which computes prices after taking manufacturing costs into account.
  • Companies that provide distinctive or highly desirable products or services are better positioned to benefit from the value pricing model than those that sell primarily commoditized goods.
  • The value-based pricing theory primarily applies in marketplaces where owning a product improves a customer's self-image or enables unmatched life experiences.

Nezavi [6.7K]

Answer:

India, Pakistan, and China are unlikely to risk a significant conflict over their competing claims in Kashmir because the three nations are nuclear powers, with which an eventual military conflict in the region could imply a nuclear escalation that would significantly affect global stability. .

Indeed, China is one of the five countries authorized to possess nuclear weapons by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. For their part, both India and Pakistan are not party to the treaty, and have developed their own nuclear weapons.

Thus, China has about 200 active nuclear warheads, Pakistan about 90 and India about 70, that is, the three nations have the possibility of destroying each other if they wish so. And it is precisely this possibility that limits the escalation of conflicts in the region: the fear of being destroyed by the enemy makes the peace to last.

grigory [225]

Answer:

Gender: everyone is born either as a male or transgender or female . our society labels the male children as boys while labeling our females as girls. Our environment socializes these children in to defined socially constructed and concerted roles, expectations, behaviors and attitudes for each gender.

Explanation:

Gender roles are are actually constructed and defined and upheld by the society, there is no scientific information to demonstrate social constructs, because either men or women can always exchange the roles and general duties or anyone can express masculine or feminine characteristics.

Women are generally assigned to lesser demanding or demeaning roles and and also socialized to behave in submissive and childlike and graceful behavior. meanwhile ,the men are socialized to be the bread winners, to be authoritative, strong and aggressive(park,1986).
