One option would be to cite the picture. For example, click on the visit web page button next to the picture or when you right click. I suggest using Purdue OWL to figure out the steps for citing the photo.

You have to pay attention to whether you cite the picture in mla or another style so I suggest asking your teacher or putting in the same format as the rest of the assignment.

you can't. but you can just cite the websites the pictures are from so you won't be committing plagiarism.

C. because they grade your get 'depends' on how many hours you study. Independent variables are also known as controlled variables which basically means that you control that variable for example the temperature of a room.

Write code which takes a sentence as an input from the user and then prints the length of the first word in that sentence.
Afina-wow [57]

import java.util.Scanner;

public class U2_L3_Activity_Four {

   public static void main(String[] args) {

       Scanner scan = new Scanner(System.in);

       System.out.println("Enter a sentence.");

       String sent = scan.nextLine();

       int count = 0;

       for (int i = 0; i < sent.length(); i++){

           char c = sent.charAt(i);

           if (c != ' '){

               count++;

       }

           else{

               break;

           }

   }

       System.out.println("The first word is " + count +" letters long");

   }

}

We check to see when the first space occurs in our string and we add one to our count variable for every letter before that. I hope this helps!
