We have such equation:
2(5n+3)=8n+2(n+3)      multiply number in front of parenthesis by every argument inside it.
2*5n+2*3=8n+2*n+2*3
10n+6=8n+2n+6
10n+6=10n+6
LHS=RSH, so it has infinitely many solutions. Every number can be n.

The best thing to do firstly is to expand all of the brackets. Expanded; 10n+6= 8n+2n+6. This equation is equal on both sides, therefore, n is equal to 0. Hope this helps :)
