Answer:

(7x50)x4 = 1400

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that (7 x 50 ) x 4

This is the form of associative property.

This can be expressed as, 7 x( 50 x 4)

Result  of both are equal.

That means we ca write,

(7 x 50 ) x 4 = 7 x( 50 x 4)

LHS = (7 x 50 ) x 4

RHS = 7 x( 50 x 4)

<u>Evaluate LHS</u>

LHS = (7 x 50 ) x 4  = 350 x 4 =1400

<u>Evaluate RHS</u>

RHS = 7 x( 50 x 4) = 7 x 200 = 1400

Therefore RHS ans LHS are equal

Show that sin (30°) = 1/2
Natali [406]

Answer:

Geometric proof in explanation.

Step-by-step explanation:

Draw an equilateral triangle.

A equilateral triangle has it's sides all congruent and all it's angles measures 60 degrees.

We are going to draw a line segment to cut the equilateral triangles into two congruent right triangles. I will do this in the attachment with p being positive.

You can see we will get 30-60-90 triangles.

We don't need to find the adjacent measurement to the angle whose measurement is 30 degrees since sine is opposite over hypotenuse.

\sin(30^\circ)=\frac{\frac{p}{2}}{p}=\frac{p}{2} \cdot \frac{1}{p}=\frac{1}{2}

\sin(30^\circ)=\frac{1}{2}

How to find vertical asymptotes and horizontal asymptotes
Alina [70]

Answer:

Degree of numerator is less than degree of denominator: horizontal asymptote at y = 0. Degree of numerator is greater than degree of denominator by one: no horizontal asymptote; slant asymptote. Degree of numerator is equal to degree of denominator: horizontal asymptote at ratio of leading coefficients.

Step-by-step explanation: Correct me if i'm wrong lol.

A circular table top has a diameter of 90cm. Work out the area of the table top.
Reptile [31]

Answer:

Find the area of table top( circle)

A=πd²/4

A = 3.1415× (90cm)²/4

A= 3.1415× 8100cm²/4

A= 3.1415×2025

A=6361.5375cm²

The area of the table top is 6361.5375cm².
