Since, the question is incomplete and no further information is available. So, the answer would involve the normal actions that will be taken b the nurse.

Answer:

The safety of the patient is the first and foremost priority of the medical practitioner and the nurse. The correct dose of the medicine should be given to the patient. Leuprolide acetate and medroxyprogesterone acetate is given to the patient to maintain endometrosis.

In case when two drugs are in same shape and placed in the same vial, the nurse should petition the pharamacy and must told the pharmacist to keep the drugs separately. She must talk about this with other members of the staff and must develop the idea that will be beneficial for the pharmacist as  well as for the client.
