Answer: Option B

Explanation:

The restorative theory states that the body heals itself while sleeping. The restorative mode of the body starts when it is sleeping. The body releases some chemicals which helps in healing.

The body also changes during the time of sleep and some physiological changes also takes place in the body while sleeping.

Adaptive theory states that sleep is based in evolution and it has a survival value in it.
