Physical activity means the movement of a body that utilizes energy.

Physical activity is necessary for healthy health and it is particularly important if someone wants to lose weight or wants to maintain weight.

If we increase our time spent doing physical activity it will influence our diet because as when doing physical activity our diet gets increased and we feel hungry so by planning a healthy diet and eating healthy foods we can keep our body fit.

Physical activity burn extra calories and helps to develop muscles.

If we do a physical activity this will help to decrease the fat present in our body and waist this will slow the development of obesity.
