Liono4ka [1.6K]
I would probably drink a small amount of ocean water in 20 monute intervals, to not over dehydrate myself. This would probably give me enough time to go find other sources of water on the island (eg. coconuts) tp get clean water. In my opinion, this would be a better option than drinking contaminated fresh water. There is a higher risk of getting infected by the bacteria in the water, which would be why its better to take the contaminated fresh water only as a last resort option.

I'm not really sure what I just typed but hopefully it makes some kind of sense to you☺

As the inofrmation given in the question, the cellwall consists N-acetylmuramic acid (NAM) and N-acetylglucosamine (NAG). These sugar residues helps n the cross linking with the proteins. The lipids and proteins are the important component of the cell membrane that maintains the shape and function of the cellwall.

Thus, the answer is NAG, short amino acid chains,NAM, lipid and proteins.
