The Mediterranean weather is found on the Western coasts of continents, mostly between 30 and 43 degrees north and south of the equator. This type of weather is characterized by rainy winters and dry summer months. Areas that have this weather have traditionally been ideal for the cultivation of wheat, vine and olive. Cities in the United States that have this weather include San Francisco and Los Angeles, and California is therefore a large producer of these crops.

During summer, regions of Mediterranean climate are dominated by subtropical high pressure cells, with dry sinking air capping a surface marine layer of varying humidity and making rainfall impossible or unlikely except for the occasional thunderstorm, while during winter the polar jet stream and associated periodic storms reach into the lower latitudes of the Mediterranean zones, bringing rain, with snow at higher elevations. The majority of the regions with Mediterranean climates have relatively mild winters and very warm summers. As in every climatologic domain, the highland locations of the Mediterranean domain can present cooler temperatures in winter than the lowland areas, temperatures which can sometimes prohibit the growth of typical Mediterranean plants.

poizon [28]

Answer:

James Madison makes an allusion to angels because he believes that if men angels, there would be no need for the government.

Explanation:

In one of the most famous lines from The Federalist Papers, James Madison makes an allusion to angels in order to portray that governments were the reflections of human nature.

Madison believes that government is a necessary to protect the interest of the man. He says that if men were angels, there would be no need for governments. This is because if angels were to govern, they would not corrupt neither try to control any government.

Madison's argument has relevance on the need for a an efficient government that does not fall into the hands of corruption or any other political interests. He presents the potentiality of men's corrupt nature, therefore, urges the government to remain unaffected from such influences. It is the duty of the government to administer and provide protection over its people.

Culture is undeniably relevant in the development of characteristics and adaptations that guide the expression of personality in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

According to McCrae et. al., the traits and structure of personality is expressed in steady arrangement of cognition, feelings and action. Anthropological tradition and cross-cultural psychology plays a great role in establishing personality characteristics and adaptations of an individual.
