So now go down the chart. How many places down are we going to get from hecta to mili? 5. Moving down, you move your decimal to the right, if you are moving up you move your decimal to the left.  So we  are moving down so we are going to move our decimal to the right 5 times. 

And that gives us 457000 mg.
