5/8+7/4(turned into improper fraction)
5/8+14/8=19/8=2 3/8
(Make sure they all have a common denominator so that u will be able to add)Then your answer is an improper fraction so u turn it in to a mixed number and 2 1/2 is the same as 2 4/8 and you have 2 3/8 therefore,
no you do not have enough flour you need 1/8 of a cup more.
