Since the food worker just cut raw chicken, he'd need to wash his hands with soap and warm water before preparing the salads. If he didn't wash his hands, he could give the costumer/consumer a disease called salmonella.That is a<span>n infection with salmonella bacteria, which is mainly caused by contaminated food or water.
