It depends how you look at it. We have laws and such built on moral principles, yet at the same time, people are slowly, but surely, starting to turn away from morals.

ANSWER:

Yes, morality is always destined to be relative.

EXPLANATION:

 • This is because moral judgments can be true or false relative to something.
 • In others words, there must be something present on which moral principles, ethics and judgement must be based in relation to something else.
 • Morality is also considered to be relative because there is no specific set of rules or moral ethics that the society is required to follow.
 • In fact, moral ethics are adapted as and when people feel the need for these in relation to some context or situation.
 • In other words, moral ethics come into play only in relation to something happening.

Tresset [83]

No, Qatar is not doing the right thing in terms of public relations to publicize the soccer World Cup that it will organize in 2022.

This as it has not given a correct promotion of the event, nor has it sought to attract the public in relation to its additional attractions as a country, nor has it sought to connect with the eventual participating nations to carry out cultural exchanges, nor has it tried to attract other nations to the knowledge of their culture.

In short, Qatar, up to now, has limited itself to being a mere builder of sports facilities, without committing itself to properly promoting the event.
