Among the two of them, Bob is most likely to develop dementia. It has been shown that high blood pressure, obesity and high cholesterol are risk factors for dementia. Keeping a healthy lifestyle, with a healthy diet and healthy blood levels of cholesterol and sugar are very important factors for reducing the risk of dementia. Also, regular exercise has been associated with reduced risk of dementia.
