30 girls , 12 were selected

40 boys, 16 were selected

We can simplify these down by finding the Greatest Common Factor in both girls and boys:

30:12 .... 15:6 .... 1 : 2.5 30/12 .... 15/6 .... 2.5

40:16 .... 20:8 .... 1 : 2.5 OR 40/16 .... 20/8 .... 2.5

They are equal ratios because their most simplified ratios/fractions are equivalent

Strike441 [17]

Answer:

3.54

Step-by-step explanation:

move the decimal place over two making the numbers 6 and 21.24

6 goes into 21 3 times with a remainder of 3 (carry it down)

6 goes into 32 5 times with a remainder of 2 (carry it down)

6 goes into 24 4 times with no remainders

put the numbers together and don't forget the decimal

that number is 3.54

aleksandrvk [35]

Answer: Type I error

Step-by-step explanation:

A type 1 error is also referred to as the false positive and it is when a true null hypothesis is incorrectly rejected by the researcher.

On the other hand, type II error which is also refered to as the false-negative is when a null hypothesis which is false is failed to be rejected by the researcher but rather accepted.

Based on the information given in the question, since the data leads to the rejection of the null hypothesis such was later found out to be true, then a type I error has occured.

Three vertices of a rectangle are (–2, 1), (–2, –3), and (4, –3)
Tpy6a [65]
The answer is C
it's easier if you graph it
we know that the x of the unknown vertice is 4, because this is a rectangle and that vertices has to be on the same x line as the point below.
y of the unknown vertice has to be 1 because the vertice to the left needs to be on the same y line as the unknown vertice
