The reason why the natives were reallocated to the new spain is because they lost the conflict against the soldiers of the Spanish empire. The spaniards took their land away from them and force them to move away.

Even after they're reallocated in new spain, they still subjected to a really rough treatment. They are forced to work in labor camps and forced to abandon the culture/tradition that they held throughout their life. The spanish Empire wanted them to  replace it with Spanish culture, language, and religion.

Then, Peter the Great left his mark by bringing Russia into the modern age. Lastly, Suleiman was an excellent leader and helped to transform the Ottoman Empire into one of the greatest empires. Basically what the all have in common is that they all helped to grow and build these empires and make them well known today. They were all considered absolute rulers because of the sacrifices and altered these kingdoms.
