i feel this way all the time and what i do to help myself out is i do something that makes me feel happy like for example i love drawing so when i feel this way i will go to my room and i will draw something and then show it to my parents or siblings and they give me praise for doing a good job but that might be your case and if it isn't than just do something that makes you happy okay i hope it gets better for you i really do
It's all of the above because a goal is or isn't planned, it is a dream you want to achieve, and it is a desire to do anything for. Now if that's wrong then the answer is between B and C because most would say that a goal is something that you want to plan for weather than it being a surprise.
