i feel this way all the time and what i do to help myself out is i do something that makes me feel happy like for example i love drawing so when i feel this way i will go to my room and i will draw something and then show it to my parents or siblings and they give me praise for doing a good job but that might be your case and if it isn't than just do something that makes you happy okay i hope it gets better for you i really do

Reason: If a teenager has a gun in their possession, then if they have the urge to commit a crime it is easier for them to do.
