D. Migration to Africa and Australia. Since Gandhi helped India become a free country from British rule and occupation, it would not make sense for him to want Indians to migrate elsewhere, as he wanted to better the lives of Indians by becoming an independent nation. He was a strong advocate for women's rights, and had a desire to ease tensions among the diverse ethnic and religious groups in India.

How did the development of coined money change trade?
Musya8 [376]
Fairly sure the answer is: It allowed people to buy and sell goods in a wider market.
Think about it: without coins, people had to barter with mostly short-term goods, but coins held value over time and most people would accept it as payment. However, if you had to use, say, carrots, the guy you're trying to buy lettuce from may not need/want carrots, but he can use those coins to buy what he DOES need.
Hope I helped!

The Marshall Plan: Select one: a. provided economic assistance to the Soviets. b. was largely unsuccessful for lack of support f
SVETLANKA909090 [29]

Answer: C

Explanation: The Marshall Plan(also known as the European Recovery Program), was a United States program providing aid to Western Europe following the devastation of World War II. It was enacted in 1948 and provided more than $15 billion to help finance rebuilding efforts in Europe. In addition to economic redevelopment, a major goal of the Marshall Plan was to halt the spread of communism through the continent.

This was crafted as a four-year plan to reconstruct cities, industries and infrastructure that were damaged during the war, to eradicate trade barriers between European nations and develop trade relationships between those nations and the United States.
