A gentle leader is a type of tool that is used for a certain animal which are the dogs. This is beneficiary for not only to humans who owns a pet dog but also the dog itself. It is considered to be a successful tool for dogs who pull because this has a lot of benefits in helping a dog such as it lessens the pulling of the dog that could hurt their throats when they used a leash. But with the gentle leader, this will not only help them not to feel pain but to prevent them from having to be pulled off.

States cannot enumerate for itself powers that are not allowed to the state by the U.S. Constitution. Therefore, the U.S. Constitution is the highest law of the land and cannot be changed or adapted as a result of a state constitution.
