No. 4:
Because the line BD bisects angle ABC, that means that both sides have the same angle.
So 6x=9x-27
-9x+6x=-27
-3x=-27
x=9

Now, you have to replace x in your angles.
So angle ABD is 54 degrees
6(9)=54

And
Angles DBC is 54 degrees too
9(9)-27
81-27=54
