Medical knowledge possessed by doctors results in their expert power. This means that the doctors know the medical field when asked for an advice thus they are expert in this area. Coercive power is gathered thru hard power mostly by iron fists, referent is like the power is  being referred and legitimate is bestowed by the people in a government.

Bones may also be missing on the front and sides of the head. There might be absence of entire brain above the brainstem. .
