THE ANSWER IS C. A great leader has great self-control and makes sound decisions. Odysseus, while B could have been an answer, he could not only rely on the opinions of his men, he had to make decisions that he thought were wise because he was their leader. In this instance, Od. had no self-control, letting his immense hubris override his decision making. And we know that he could have made a better decision because he is considered to be the wisest of the kings.
