The answer would be A/1, proposed rejecting the king altogether, rather than putting limits on the king's power. The Mayflower contract was made when they wanted to completely separate from the king, the pilgrims, and start their own self-government. The Magna Carta was created in order to stop the king from having complete power and control over everyone.
