Both are correct is the accurate answer. Why? Because as Jenny said our body maintains our temperature at approximately 37C which is the conditional temperature where our cells could do significant and existential processes. Also is maintained by the hypothalamus. Moreover, when we exercise, the amount of oxygen decreases thus muscles around the thoracic region increase the breathing rate. </span>
