The main job of the media in this sense would be that they report honest and truthful information pieces which reflect the truth and not partialized information which can also be the case with the media. Their main objective should always be the creation of something that is more objective than something subjective.

The role of media in reporting human rights in a responsible manner is by providing the news with pinpoint accuracy backed by various supporting evidence. They can't just write a news and telling it a human right violation without providing any evidence
