You know that: 15 pounds = 240 ounces

1st day- 10 ounces

2nd day- 20 ounces

3rd day- 30 ounces

And so on....

I can easily tell in 24 days J's dog will finish one bag.

10 ounces x 24 days = 240 ounces of dry dog food

Now I know that in 24 days J's dog finishes one bag of dry dog food, I also know that there are three bag of dry dog food and it takes 24 days to finish one 15 pound bag. So I will multiply 24 days by 3 bags of dog food.

24 days x 3 bags of dog food = 72 days

ANSWER: IT WILL TAKE 72 DAYS TO FINISH 3 BAGS OF 15 POUND DOG FOOD.

Financial planners recommend that families save about 5% of their take-home pay. Ed and Sherrie save $90 each pay period from th
Ratling [72]

Answer:

Ed and Sheerie save 7.5%.

Step-by-step explanation:

This question can be solved using a rule of three.

Ed and Sherrie save $90 each pay period from their combined paychecks, which total $1200. What percent do Ed and Sherrie save?

How much of $1200 is $90? $1200 is 100% = 1, $90 = x. So

$1200 - 1

$90 - x

1200x = 90

x = \frac{90}{1200}

x = 0.075

Ed and Sheerie save 7.5%.

jaden made a pot of chili with 48 ounces of ground beef and 2 tablespoons of chili powder.he made another pot of chili with the
dexar [7]

Answer:

1/2 pound.

Step-by-step explanation:

Conversions: 48 oz = 3 lb

The ratio in the new pot is 3*2 tbs : 3 pounds , or just 6:3, which simplifies to 2:1. This means for every two tbs of powder, 1 lb of beef is used. This means that for every one tbs, 1/2 lb of beef is used.
