I got my answer because it said she has 1 1/4 hours to do her 3 chores and there is a mixed number in the problem so convert that mixed number to an improper and you get 5/4. Now the 3 is a whole number so we have to change that to an improper as well and that would be 3/1. Next we have to find the reciprocal of 3/1 and that would be 1/3 then you add a multiplication sign to the problem and it should look like this.

5/4 x 1/3
