Okay so 1. The new diseases 2. New weapons 3. Different animals 4. Different languages 5. and religion I would say the new diseases that the white men brought over with them affected and changed the Native populations the most because many people died from these diseases because the Natives did not know how to prevent them or what to treat them with.
I would say that religion was the least change because even though some accepted the other religions, it really didn't affected the population.
