The impact of human rights violation on a particular individual is very significant. Human rights violation often leads to the mental harrassment of a person. This leads to mental torture and mental stability as well as the health of the person is affected. t takes him/her years to come over the incident.
The community is also adversely affected. The human rights violations create a sense of fear in the people that the same may happen to them also. They fear an undemocratic situation and inability of the government to stop so. Trust in the law and order is lost.
