2 meters = 200 centimeters

200÷3 = 66 2/3 centimeters for each friend

3 friends = 2m 
1 friend = 2 / 3
             = 2/3 meters
2/3 meters= 2 / 3 x 100cm
                 = 200/3
                 = 66 2/3
