I think the best way is to let it fall out naturally! Or bite into an apple or fruit that involves biting down into a harder surface much like an apple - I'd advise you to only do that if it's incredible loose and you're afraid to swallow it in your sleep! (: You could also just try the wiggle method, and just wiggle it out if you have nothing but time.
