they influence people greatly by making them associate the product or "neutral stimulus" with the already known pleasant images of attractive persons or anything that causes a good sensation.
This usually gets consumers to think that consuming that product will strongly benefit them, and so evokes a desire to consume it. Even in some cases, the marketing makes people pay for a product that is associated with a brand mere than the product itself.
