With this decision, governmental authorities try to help farmers to farm the land and get some benefits. However, there are some obstacles that farmers have to overcome. They have to invest in fertilizers, they have to build irrigation infrastructure that is not cheap, and often times rural areas do not have the kind of roads that help farmers move their products.
Rural settlement is a system whereby group of people sdettle in the area with a large expanse of land free from urban lifestyles. The area settled in is mostly called the country side with the environment being closer to nature than urban settlement.
This nature of environment leads to a greater pracice of agricultural activites as a result of the availability of lands. I would give celebrities more freedom to move I would restrict journalists rights in terms of to what extent can they bother someone I would make the visits of world celebrities more anonymous I would make sure that they wouldn't feel like that anymore I would let their word be heard
