Stress can affect your social health in multiple ways. Such as, it can make you moody which can make you lash out at friends. You can also start to ignore them or get mad or frustrated easily. It can affect you mentally because it can make you less focused. It can also make you frustrated at what you're doing. It can also make you go a little crazy with all the things you have to do. Finally, it can affect your physical health because, in one way, you may lack sleep.
