According to fitness experts the first thing that Aiden needs to do before every work-out is to stretch. This prevents him from pulling anything during the work-out. Next he needs to warm-up to get his blood flowing. Afterwards comes the entire excercise routine that he has planned out. Finally after the routine he needs to cooldown by resting his body in order for the muscles to repair themselves and thus grow.
