Answer:

c. 39%

Explanation:

We know that one serving of crackers provides 140 calories, with 55 calories coming from fat.

In order to find the percentage of calories from fat in the crackers we need to know what percentage of 140 calories are 55 calories.

We can say that exist a linear relationship between the percentage and the amount of calories. We can also say that this relationship is a direct linear relationship. This means that for a greater amount of calories the percentage will be higher. We can write :

\frac{140calories}{100}=\frac{55calories}{x}

Where the number 100 in the denominator is 100% ⇒

Solving for x :

x=\frac{(55calories).(100)}{140calories}=39.2857

x = 39.2857% ≅ 39%

x = 39%

<span>The question is asking why the same exercise program might conform to the principle of overload for one person but not for another?. Another, simpler way of asking this is : do exercise programs have the same effects on different people? Do different people need to pay attention to different conditions? The answer is: yes, and that's because different people have different levels of physical fitness at the beginning of the regine, so some people might be able to endure harsher exercise than others.</span><span />
