<span>The situation above would be covered by a Burglary Insurance. Burglary insurance policies are insurances against the loss or damage of property that was done through an unlawful breaking and entering on the designated premises or places of safekeeping of a specific company. The stolen items account for this type of insurance and can be filed by the owner of the company. The person who is responsible may be fired or may appear in the courtroom to defend his actions.<span>

Compare and contrast the medical research likely performed on Elsie with Gey’s research and Southam’s research. Does some medica
Ganezh [65]

Answer:

Yes. Southam's research was "more wrong"

Explanation:

They both didn't seek the informed consent of their patients and we're both wrong. However, Southam injected patients(both healthy and unhealthy) with cancerous cells to see how their bodies would react. This was terribly wrong seeing that he put unsuspecting patients in danger. Elsie on the other hand, collected tissue samples from his patients to conduct his research which is a clear violation of their rights but clearly not as deadly as Southam's.

How well did andrew jackson promote democracy?
galben [10]
"I would give him a score of about 5 out of 10, which was a vast improvement over John Q. Adams and his cronies. If you were a poor, white male, he was your guy. He greatly democratized the process of elections in that era and was our first grassroots president. However, Jackson usually did what Jackson wanted to do, even if it meant alienating many of the people who got him elected. He did not side with Southerners during the nullification crisis and was prepared to use troops against South Carolina to enforce a law that most Southerners hated. He blatantly ignored John Marshall’s decision in Worcester v. Georgia, but an argument could be made here that he was acting in favor of democracy in this case, as most white Southerners probably wanted the Cherokee moved off of their land. He was a very complex and fascinating guy, but his critics called him King Andrew for a reason." -Robert Marshall
