<span>There are multiple issues which can arise for example with no or minimal communication the law officer will not be able to collect purposeful data to use in their inquiry or that will not be as effective as it was in the case of no linguistic barrier. Another issue can be that the law officers assert their authority by using language which will be compromised. And finally the capacity of the cop to exhibit a pledge to the community being referred to and an eagerness to at any rate endeavor to comprehend their way of life is vulnerable.</span>
