(I chose .4209 after using a 2-PropZTest. I need some help checking. An explanation if I'm wrong would be great)

I believe the answer is 0.2105 and the error you made of saying 0.4209 was because you did a 2-PropZTest when this question seems to be asking for one proportion (not two). When the p value is greater than or less, use one-proportion, if it is "!=" not equal than it is two-proportion. Please let me know if this was correct.
