If I had that kind of job, Id be a health coach. Promoting health has become something of a thing for me. Exercising and playing sports like basketball, kickball, running, jogging, weight lifting, stretching, and eating in a health way with a few minor treats here and there and then burning it off afterwards. I'm still working my way to a lot of that, but I'm a little scared of becoming a little too buff. I'm not one for strength, I'm a pacifist. Which is exactly why I need it. I only use strength when absolutely needed. Promoting Being healthy and doing the right thing, might not change the world, but  it could help some poor soul with an obesity problem or a health problem that could be helped with doing healthy things. I wish the world and reality wasn't so harsh. Maybe then the world could truly be perfect. That's what I'd do with a job like that.
