The 1950s post World War II era saw exceptional prosperity and growth in the United States.

United States had emerged after the war as the richest country in the world and there was huge demand for its products in European countries recovering from the war.

This gave a boost to local manufacturers and exports leading to high-paying jobs and a huge domestic retail market.

Sleep is a kind of temporary coma. T/F
statuscvo [17]

False

Sleep is not a kind of temporary coma

A coma is a medical condition in which an individual is unconscious, and lacks a normal wake/sleep cycle for a long period of time. A coma is caused by various health problems such as brain tumor, serious head injury, stroke, infections, or alcohol/drug intoxication. A coma rarely lasts longer than several weeks. Sleep is not a temporary coma but a natural state of rest (not caused by health problems) in which an individual may be awakened by any stimulation such as pain or noise which cannot occur in a coma.

If you needed to sort an array with 10,000 items in the least amount of time, which sorting algorithm would you use?
Andru [333]

Answer:

The answer is "Binary Search algorithm".

Explanation:

It is an accurate method, which is used to identify an object from the list of things, that has been sorted. It operates by splitting a section of the list.

  • It includes the element twice into half, until after you have reduced all the potential targets to only one.
  • This algorithm works with O(n * log(n)) efficiency, that's why it is used in the array sorting, it also consumes less time.
