There was a time that my friend saw a situation or problem one way, but for me I see it differently and I handle that by communicating my thoughts to him properly.

There are instances that it could happen. Since we are different individuals, we have different understanding on the situation and we have different approach on this. The key for a peaceful resolution is to understand and talk everything calmly. Respect is also needed to handle the situation. I did not agree to his idea, but I respect him enough so we made a compromise and meet at the middle.
