<em>There was a time that my friend saw a situation or problem one way, but for me I see it differently and I handle that by communicating my thoughts to him properly. </em>

<em>There are instances that it could happen. Since we are different individuals, we have different understanding on the situation and we have different approach on this. The key for a peaceful resolution is to understand and talk everything calmly. Respect is also needed to handle the situation. I did not agree to his idea, but I respect him enough so we made a compromise and meet at the middle.</em>
