Good question. you could try cold medicine. if you have a stuffed nose, try nasal washing if you can. I know this sounds gross, but eat garlic. you can also take vitamin gummies. those would always help me as a child lol. you can try eating the classic, chicken soup. and as ridiculous and as it sounds, wear wet socks. most importantly, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! drinks lots of water. hope this helps and good luck!
