Answer:

Both short term and long term goals must be realistic. For example if you want to lose 50 pounds. A short term goal is losing 2 pounds in a week, while the entire 50 is obviosly more of a longterm goal. You can keep track with a chart in which you can record your day to day progress. When reflecting on your progress you must note some goals must be taken day to day, or the anticipation may drive you to quit if you arent getting results sooner.

How might increasing temperature affect the rate of a chemical reaction?
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

A general rule of thumb for most (not all) chemical reactions is that the rate at which the reaction proceeds will approximately double for each 10°C increase in temperature.

Explanation:

Temperature is a measure of the kinetic energy of a system, so higher temperature implies higher average kinetic energy of molecules and more collisions per unit time.

Describe the female system and how it works
pishuonlain [190]

Hello There!

The reproductive cells in females are called eggs. The functions of the female reproductive stem are to produce sex hormones, to provide eggs and to provide a nourishing environment in which a fertilized egg is developed into a baby.

OVARIES The reproductive glands in which eggs are produced are called ovaries.

FALLOPIAN TUBES These are passageways that carry eggs way from the ovaries.

UTERUS This is a solid muscular pear shaped organ. A fertilized egg can develop and grow in the uterus.

VAGINA This is known as the birth canal. This is a hollow muscular passage that leads from the uterus to the outside of the body.
