If i'm not mistaken amino acids can be used in our body to fuel a process in which cell replication occurs and DNA is made. So to use amino acids as fuel you would have to make sure everything is in correct order and lines up correctly from the time it's released from the nucleus to a ribosome.

There may be some strains of bacteria that are naturally resistant to these antibiotics, or there may be some that mutate to become resistant. This means that as antibiotics are used more and more, those that can be killed using the antibiotics die out, but those that are resistant will remain, and will reproduce. Over time, it will be the resistant species that predominate.
I don't know if you're looking for an answer from someone on here, or for an assignment of some sort. In my opinion; If there is a history of something like a disease or cancer in the genes throughout the family, then yes I think it is perfectly fine. If it is being done for a reason other than to help someone in a way, it's not the best thing to do.
