Armando read 20 pages of his 200-page book in 4 hours. At this rate, how long will it take him to read the entire book?
Jet001 [13]
What you would need to do is find out how many pages can he read in 1 hour. If he can read 20 pages in 4 hours, then that means he can read 5 pages in 1 hour. So, what you need to do is divide 5 by 200, and you'll get 40. Armando will finish the whole book in 40 hours.

Write the Taylor Series for f(x) = sin(x)center
tangare [24]

Answer:

Taylor series of sin(x) centered at x = 0.

Step-by-step explanation:

Taylor series expansion:

\sum_{n=0}^N f^n(a)\displaystyle\frac{(x-a)^n}{n!}

Here, f(x) = sin (x) and a = 0

f(x) = \sin x, f(0) = 0\\f'(x) = \cos x, f'(0) = 1\\f''(x) = -\sin x, f''(0) = 0\\f'''(x) = -\cos x, f'''(0) = -1\\f^4(x) = \sin x, f^4(0) = 0\\f^5(x) = \cos x, f^5(0) = 0

Putting all the values and expanding, we get,

f(x) = f(a) + \displaystyle\frac{f'(a)(x-a)}{1!} + \displaystyle\frac{f''(a)(x-a)^2}{2!} + \displaystyle\frac{f'''(a)(x-a)^3}{3!} + \displaystyle\frac{f^4(a)(x-a)^4}{4!} + \displaystyle\frac{f^5(a)(x-a)^5}{5!} + ...\\\\= \sin 0 + \displaystyle\frac{x}{1!} +  \displaystyle\frac{(0)x^2}{2!} + \displaystyle\frac{(-1)x^3}{3!} + \displaystyle\frac{(0)x^4}{4!} + \displaystyle\frac{(1)x^5}{5!} + ...

Solving, we get

\sin x = x - \displaystyle\frac{x^3}{3!} + \displaystyle\frac{x^5}{5!} - \displaystyle\frac{x^7}{7!} + ...\\\\\sin x = x - \displaystyle\frac{x^3}{6} + \displaystyle\frac{x^5}{120} - \displaystyle\frac{x^7}{5040} + ...

Need answer this urgent and fast
Karo-lina-s [1.5K]

Answer:

56

Step-by-step explanation:

Hey There!

so this is a parallelogram so opposite angles are congruent

So basically what i am saying is that angle P is congruent to angle R

So we need to solve for x

We know that angle P and angle Q are supplements meaning that they will add up to 180

so we setup the equation

180=3x+5+8x-12\\

step 1 combine like terms

3x+8x=11x\\5-12=-7

now we have

180=11x-7

step 2 add 7 to each side

180+7=187

-7+7 cancels out

now we have

187=11x

step 2 divide each side by 11

187/11=17

x=17

now we plug in 17 to (3x+5) to get the value of angle R

17x3=51

51+5=56

therefore m∠R = 56

What is a prime number out of the numbers above?
Sergio039 [100]
A prime number is one that's only factors are 1 and itself. So 2 would be a prime number, 11 also, and 19.
