Dinh Bo Linh also is also recognized as Dinh Hoan or Dinh Tien Hoang was a dictator who is one of the central personages in Vietnam’s long account upon occupying Chinese authorities. In today's Saigon, his tradition is acknowledged by the city's with external provinces.

Dinh Tien Hoang, as he began to be remembered after his death, was sustained Dinh Bo Linh in present-day Ninh Binh district. He finally became the author of the Dinh Dynasty, when he took on the title Dinh Hoan. He opened armed service at a very young age against the backdrop of the disintegrating Tang Dynasty of China which governed the territory for beyond 300 years.
